Eduardo is a seasoned senior business executive with extensive experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Manufacturing industry. He has a track record of success in general management, commercial operations, strategic planning, and business development, particularly with global top 10 CPG companies and retailers. Eduardo also possesses strong entrepreneurial skills.

 

During his tenure as President and major shareholder of Laser Imaging Chile Spa for 15 years, Eduardo led a transformation of the company from a transactional reseller of printing consumables to a boutique business with a focus on customized printing and document management solutions. He established early relationships with Chinese suppliers, allowing the company to offer OEM equivalent products and services at a lower cost to corporate businesses, resulting in a 35% reduction in operational expenses.

 

In the last decade of his career, Eduardo entered the food industry, focusing on the U.S. and Mexico markets. As Managing Director of a Spanish food manufacturer, he negotiated significant incentives and contracts, including a 100-million-dollar manufacturing plant project that exceeded its original goal by 20% and a 7-year contract with a U.S. retailer with an expected revenue of 30 million dollars. Eduardo also improved the profitability of the Mexico operations and established crucial partnerships with global cereal brands.

 

Key accomplishments in this role include:

 

  • Successfully negotiating incentives and contracts, surpassing revenue targets.
  • Establish business relationship with top global CPG’s and successfully negotiating manufacturing contracts including co-investment in new production lines.
  • Building a new commercial team to serve the U.S. and Mexico markets.

Over the past 20+ years, Christian’s passion for communication, marketing, and advertising has led him to launch several media properties and work with some of the largest global brands providing innovative branded content in both the U.S. and Latin America for companies such as Microsoft, Billboard, P&G, General Mills, the U.S. Army, Coca Cola, and Amazon.

He launched TSB Studios in 2009 and amongst his achievements, Christian has positioned the studios as “one of the premier content development studios in Texas”, according to Curata, for 3 years in a row.  Has produced and aired over 1,000 hrs. of television and developed over 1,000 video content pieces at an international, national, regional, and local level for traditional and digital media.

Under his leadership, the studios have won several national, regional and local awards.

 

Christian’s recent venture, The Northern Cross LLC, is a natural step towards internationalization of his marketing and content business to passionately serve CPG clients worldwide developing brands that people love in the competitive North American market.

 

Christian has a marketing degree from Universidad de Santiago and an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
